Terms of Use

1. The software. Brink is provided by Stepan Blaha ("we") for use on your own Mac. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Your Notion account. Brink works through a Notion integration that you create and control. You are responsible for which pages you share with it, and for following Notion's Terms of Service and Developer Terms.
3. Your content. Your pages stay yours. Brink edits them only when you act (typing, checking a box, pasting, reordering). Deleted blocks go to Notion's trash, where you can restore them. Brink asks before deleting large parts of a page.
4. No warranty. Brink is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Sync conflicts, API changes or bugs can cause edits to be lost or duplicated. Keep important content backed up; Notion offers page history and export.
5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Brink.
6. Trademarks. Brink is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc. "Notion" is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc.
7. Changes. These terms may change with new versions. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
